We guarantee consumer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, an exchange for an item of the same value or a refund is allowed. The return of the item (s) is the responsibility of the customer. We accept exchanges or refunds for a period of 30 days after purchase. The item must be returned in its original condition. Any damaged product will not be exchanged or refunded. A $3 CAD administration fee for Canada and CAD 5.00 for other countries will apply to any refund on items sold in the Bunker45 store. All orders submitted will be shipped within 2 to 3 business days.
